We loved this place! The location is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake and forest. It was so peaceful and quiet, perfect for a weekend getaway. The outdoor swimming pool under the old oak trees was amazing, and the floating sauna on the lake was a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of delicious food, with fresh bakery products. it was a great experience and we can't wait to come back, especially in the summer.

Great lakefront location with beautiful views. Friendly and helpful staff that made us feel welcome. Enjoyed the included breakfast which had a good variety of options and tasted great.
The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, especially during hot summer nights. the room could also use some updating and modernization.

Great location near the lake and surrounded by historic buildings. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty and the rooms were clean.
The rooms were small and lacked air conditioning which made it a bit stuffy during hot weather. It was also difficult to find information about the wellness department's working hours.

I had an really good stay at this hotel with really good staff and facilities - from the delicious breakfast to the relaxing spa, everything was perfect. The location by the lake was calm and relaxing and the hotel was sparkling clean. The staff was very helpful and the transportation to and from the hotel was easy and convenient.
Not one thing was disappointing about this hotel or this city - it was an perfect getaway.

the hotel is scenic, on a peaceful lake and just 15-minute walk to a bike hire for 11 euro a day to explore Potsdam. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had healthy options. the outdoor pool was also heated, which was a plus.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and maintenance.
